S/4HANA Project Manager. Participate to the Carve-out QMS, LIMS, MES & SAP ECC for the Manufacturing plants part of the Carve-Out (2 plants under FDA&ASNM). BUILD the new TOBE system into a greenfield SAP S/4 HANA (move from ECC Core model to S/4HANA) integrating new QMS VEEVA Vault (move from MASTER CONTROL to VEEVA) + GLIMS(new LIMS) & MES (PAS-X). LEAD the DESIGN (EXPLORE), BUILD (REALIZE) and DEPLOY the new PHARMA ERP SOLUTION (S/4HANA + Stream Data migration+ Stream Change Management + SAP BASIS ) . Build the integration with 35 interfaces (MES, LIMS, Finance, Controlling, Banks, ). Coordinates, motivates, and mentors Key program resources through direct supervision (consultancy, integrator, Offshoring deliveries). Directly manage 25 Solution experts (S/4 Functional experts). Work closely with the QA & CSV (VSI) to build the mandatory CSV deliverables for Data factory team & Key users. Work with Executive management to establish the KPI’s , Drive the program & conduct necessary actions to reach the targeted milestones to the end of the TSA. Focus hereunder to a QMS Data Integration Project during 1 year : Report to a Private equity Sterco who acquired a new Pharmaceutical Business (Plant & affiliates (2000 peoples) to lead the ERP & QMS integration project (integration Data’s flow and Data Structure integration (Historical data’s, Master Data’s & Dynamic Data’s) . Audit & recommendations on integration QMS Dataflow implementation for the group.(ARENA QMS). Program Manager role for the Merge & Acquisition of 2 Pharma groups into one. Built a core model to be FDA & Nuclear (ASN) compliant integrating the Full QMS & ERP Data Flow(Inbound/Outbound) with the affiliates & secured partners. Lead the entire QMS Data integration & ERP Program Project into 8 affiliates (8 countries). Update monthly the Steering Committee with project updates (composed by Stakeholders local General Management & local Functional manager). Build, present & get the project deliverables commitment. Lead the steering committee Part of the QMS & ERP integration. Lead the Build and Manage the entire ETL process (connectors, cleaning & cleansing phases, integration). Change Management followups and reporting to Steering Committees for change impacts. Mentor & Lead the entire Integration Sales & Marketing integration Project. Processes Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Finance to Report. CRM Implementation (Data integration, CRM Configuration, Test & Training) . Work closely with teams based in : Shared services in Prague, Key users in USA and Europe, technical teams in Mumbai. Project Methodology used : AGILE . Report to Mr FAYAT ( FAYAT is a Family group with a turnover of 3,5 Billions of Euros). Creation of the SAP Affiliate within the GROUPE named FAYAT Information System and recruitment of the entire team for starting and leading the SAP project. BUILD the IS Company within the International Group to support the SAP Program for the 30 companies of the group. BUILD theData Model Core System and Rollout SAP Into the Industry division (30 legal entities – 25 plants ). Manage the Resources (internal & external). Lead the Data SAP Program management. Responsible of the entire Data SAP program (deliverables, budget, quality, planning). Responsible of the IT part of the SAP environment (servers, Lan, wan, cloud).

Improve the business Data flow organization to work globally with IT & IS (supply chain, Distribution, finance, controlling, sales & budget organization management). Push the “Think Globally & Act locally” for Global processes and Global management. (Build, maintain and control harmonization in the global business processes). Improve Distribution Process with ERP implementation. Be the SAP Program Manager representing the Global SAP Head office decisions in front of the local General Management and local management (Convince, Sale the Global solution and benefits, Create synergies). Participate to Build a Core Model for Finance, Distribution, Sales, purchasing & Supply chain Business Process Harmonization. Coordinates, motivates, and mentors project managers and consultancy through direct supervision (senior Project Managers, Senior consultancy). Works with Executive management to establish project goals and IT direction on Global SAP Projects (Steering Committee level). Change Management follow up within the Business.
