Made up full discovery phases including interviews, journey mapping and user journey to understand user flows with PM's. Managing two other designers. Created design OKR's. Led high-level design decisions. Created from scratch processes for design QA, design system maintenance, co-design sessions and screen reviews. Worked closely with developers on the front side to ensure compliance. Created and maintained design system from scratch with more than 200+ components.
