Administration of Linux Systems: RedHat, Centos, Oracle Linux, Ubuntu, Suse and AIX; Build, administration of Oracle OVM/Xen, OLVM/KVM infrastructure; Administration of Oracle OCI tenants on Cloud: IaaS, DBaaS, IaC; Install, configure and maintain Oracle HA solutions: RAC, DataGuard, ASM; Administration of Oracle Exadata and ODA engineered systems; Perform v2v,p2v, new build migrations on different virtualization platforms: Vmware, HyperV, Nutanix; Install Physical Servers (Cisco UCS, HPE Blade Server , DELL,..) with SAN/NAS Storage; Experience using configuration management tools like Terraform, Ansible etc.; Deploy monitoring platforms using Nagios, Centreon and developing bash scripts; Setup End to end VPN tunnels On-prem and Cloud; Administration of Oracle Databases 11g/12c/18c/19c : Install ,Patch, RMAN backup, Datapump Import/Export, Tablespace management; Perform different operations on SQL (MySQL,Postgresql) and NoSQL databases (MongoDb)

Installing point-of-sale systems (Registers, Kiosks, Handhelds,..) and back office applications (banking, sales planning, inventory..); Deploying new software releases, fixes ,patches and performing scheduled upgrades and maintenances; Perform testing for all fixes and enhancements in a lab environment prior to apply changes into production; Configuring Cisco devices Routers\Switches\Access Points and Servers ( HyperV, Windows Server) following the McDonald’s IT Europe recommendations; Working closely with McDonald’s IT Europe Software Deployment Leads & developers (RDI, Sotec, and RFM) through the different deployment phases; Troubleshooting 2nd, 3rd line networking and application problems & supporting onsite technicians

Maintain and monitor WAN, LAN , Toip/Voip and Security infrastructure all over the world, including routers (Cisco,Huawei, OneAccess) , switches, firewalls ( Windows, Linux ), IPS/IDS; Troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving customer system and network problems : Provide network analysis to diagnose issues or identify sources of performance degradation; Provide superior service and support via phones, e-mails as a receiver and caller; Working closely with global business services ( OBS, BT, AT&T, T-Systems, Vodacom,...) for troubleshooting customer network problems; Perform customer scheduled network maintenance, upgrade, and migration jointly with local internet service providers

Provide desktop and general IT services (Softwares, Hardwares, Business Applications )to all corporate customers via phones, e-mails as a receiver and caller; Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system; Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults; Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate); Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
